Role Models & Baby Steps!

So I feel like I'm finally getting my life in order.

Not only that, but I'm finally meeting the right people to help me get in order.

I met Carmen Amara and I'm super happy I did. If you haven't seen her video, I'll post it at the end of the post :) She does gymnastics conditioning and yoga. I really can't wait to start training with her.

Aside from that, I've been working my butt off at work.

Get UP and OUT

So today was one of those days...

But surprisingly, I've been able to do a lot while feeling depressed.

It's usually "I don't want to get out of bed today, let me just mope here all day and do nothing productive..."

I find myself in this dark hole very often, but I'm handling it better than before, that's for sure.
